A minor design change has been implemented in conjunction with improvements to the ADD Series Air Diaphragm Pumps.
Details of model changes and improvements
- Air connection port specification revised for all models of 1 inch and larger
The air flow passage has been redesigned to apply the driving air directly to the spool.
This improvement enhances the airtightness of the spool section and ensures more stable pump operation. - Enhanced durability for stainless steel models (1 inch and larger)
The fixing bolts for the upper and lower suction/discharge piping have been increased from the conventional two-bolt design to a four-bolt configuration, improving durability.
(The standard stock material has been changed from SUS304 to SUS316.) - Reinforced casing strength for resin models
By increasing reinforcement in the resin-molded parts, the casing strength of the pump has been improved.
As a result of these changes, overall external dimensions have been slightly modified compared to previous models.
