Client: Industrial Waste Processing Company, Saitama Prefecture
Application: Transfer of 80°C High-Temperature Wash Water
Model: JCV-7-50-A
Transferring high-temperature wastewater from the cleaning process
We received an inquiry from an industrial waste processing company in Saitama Prefecture:
“We would like to transfer high-temperature water discharged during the cleaning process using a submersible pump.”
Since the water temperature was 80°C, we proposed the JCV model, a heat-resistant submersible pump with a float switch, for ease of use and reliable performance.
Repeat orders thanks to proven reliability
After several months of operation, the pump’s performance in transferring high-temperature water was confirmed to be completely trouble-free. As a result, the client placed a repeat order to use another unit at a different site.
Our heat-resistant submersible pumps have been well received for eliminating the common challenges of handling high-temperature fluids, including safety risks, cavitation issues, and complex installation.
For locations with limited space inside the tank, we also offer heat-resistant dry-installed pumps as an alternative.
