Case Study | JCV Series | Transfer of High-Temperature Raw Water from Pit in a Cosmetics Factory

Client: Company F, Chiba Prefecture
Application: Transfer of high-temperature raw water from pit
Model: JCV-15-50

Achieves stable performance even with high-temperature water that previously caused pump shutdowns

A cosmetics manufacturing company consulted with us regarding an issue with their existing submersible pump (photo: right).

The pump was not designed for high-temperature use, causing it to shut down shortly after startup and making it difficult to transfer hot water.

To resolve this, they adopted H2’s JCV Series (photo: left), which enabled stable transfer even under high-temperature conditions of up to 80°C.

The heat-resistant pump solved the operator workload issue!

Previously, frequent shutdowns required manual intervention such as waiting for temperatures to drop or removing the pump for inspection, creating a heavy workload.
After switching to the heat-resistant JCV Series, stable operation under high temperatures has significantly reduced operator burden.
