The factory manager consulted us about frequent failures of their existing pump from another manufacturer. They considered switching to our H2 AD Series.
The fluid was Bonde liquid (manganese phosphate), high-temperature and containing slurry. The system pulled liquid from the Bonde tank, filtered it, and recirculated it.
Through detailed discussion, we found that the slurry caused significant wear on the valve and seat. Based on this, we proposed a special model with SUS valve seats, which offer better durability and it was adopted.
