We received an inquiry from a major cosmetics manufacturing plant regarding heat-resistant submersible pumps to be installed in a newly constructed drainage relay tank.
Along with our pump proposal, we also recommended a guide rail removal system. As a result, two units of the JCV-22-50 model were selected.
Additionally, the customer requested water level control, so we proposed a heat-resistant float switch, which was also adopted.
Key factor: Fast delivery
The customer needed delivery within 2 weeks. Originally, they planned to use another manufacturer’s pump, but only the control panel would arrive on time while the pump itself was delayed just before installation.
Although our standard lead time is about one month, we expedited production and delivered both pumps within 2 weeks.
We also supported integration with the third-party control panel, ensuring smooth coordination.
