The customer had been facing frequent breakdowns with their existing submersible pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company S, a major automotive parts manufacturer, reached out to us after discovering that their current pump could not withstand the operating temperature (80\u00b0C) or the corrosive nature of the fluid. As a solution, they adopted our JCV Series – a heat-resistant, all-stainless steel submersible pump (shown bottom left in the photo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The application involved pumping a hot bonding solution (zinc phosphate) containing slurry. The pump was installed submerged, transferring the liquid from the 2nd to the 3rd floor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
