class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p>A major chemical manufacturer approached us with a request to transfer urea water from land to ships docked at the port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The required specifications were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transfer rate of 200\u202fL\/min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-priming and resistant to dry running (since urea tends to crystallize)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30\u202fm total head<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile unit with both pump and compressor mounted on a trolley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We handled the request from in the unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We selected the appropriate compressor based on the customer\u2019s requirements and delivered the unit as a complete, ready-to-use package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the customer had considered other types of pumps, they ultimately chose our air diaphragm pump unit for its durability: tolerating dry runs, handling slurry, and more, even if it meant including a
