Client: Company S
Application: Transfer of high-temperature bonding solution (from 2nd to 3rd floor)
Model: JCV-15-50-S16(SUS316 specification)
Transfer of high-temperature bonding solution from 2F to 3F
The customer had been facing frequent breakdowns with their existing submersible pumps.
Company S, a major automotive parts manufacturer, reached out to us after discovering that their current pump could not withstand the operating temperature (80°C) or the corrosive nature of the fluid. As a solution, they adopted our JCV Series – a heat-resistant, all-stainless steel submersible pump (shown bottom left in the photo).
The application involved pumping a hot bonding solution (zinc phosphate) containing slurry. The pump was installed submerged, transferring the liquid from the 2nd to the 3rd floor.
Transferring hazardous high-temperature fluids – safer and easier
The previously used submersible pumps were unsuitable in terms of both temperature tolerance and corrosion resistance, resulting in frequent replacements. The associated running costs, labor for replacements, and safety risks could no longer be ignored.
Reasons for selecting our product:
- Proven track record as a heat-resistant submersible pump (also adopted by other major automotive parts manufacturers)
- Flexible support for custom specifications
- Short delivery times
- Competitive pricing
These four points were highly evaluated, leading to the adoption of our product
At H2, we have extensive field experience and offer practical, tailored proposals. If you have any concerns regarding high-temperature fluid applications, feel free to consult us about our heat-resistant submersible pumps.
