To filter sludge contained in waste acid to protect equipment
An industrial waste treatment plant contacted us requesting sludge removal from waste acid to protect pumps and other equipment.
Due to potential corrosion with metal components, we custom-built an all-PVC filter unit.
Reusable PVC with punched perforations
The customer requested filtration without bags or cartridges, preferring a washable and reusable basket made from punched PVC.
The mesh size was custom-made according to the customer’s specifications.
Easy strainer cleaning with toggle bolt design
Additionally, by using toggle bolts for the lid, we ensured operators can safely and easily clean the strainer.
The interior is fully sealed with gaskets, and the unit is pressure-rated to match the transfer pump’s specifications.
