Case Study|Model JCV|Transfer of High-Temperature Dirty Wastewater

Client: Recycling Plant, Yamaguchi Prefecture
Application: Transfer of 70°C wastewater
Model: Heat-Resistant Submersible Pump JCV-7-50

Pumping 70°C Wastewater from Resin Production Process

We delivered a heat-resistant submersible pump (JCV-7-50) to a recycling plant in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

The pump was selected for transferring wastewater from a vacuum pump and a strand bath used in resin pellet production.

Since the wastewater temperature could reach up to 70°C, the existing standard submersible pump was not suitable. Although our pump is more costly than general-purpose models, the client’s representative gained internal approval and successfully placed the order.

Later, they shared this feedback:
“It’s been about two years now. Despite operating in a harsh environment, the pump has had no issues and continues to run smoothly.”

Eichitwo(H2)’s heat-resistant submersible pumps are trusted even in challenging, dirty environments like this one.
