A 着脱装置“chakudatsu sōchi” (auto-coupling device) is an attachment mechanism that allows the pump body to be easily connected to and disconnected from the piping.
It simplifies maintenance and inspection of submersible pumps, enabling safe and quick installation and removal of the pump without the need to enter the pit.
In this section, we explain using our JCV Series high-temperature submersible pumps as an example.
The basic concept is the same across all manufacturers.
Mechanism of the auto-coupling device
Guide rails (guide pipes): Two pipes that guide the pump up and down. The pump moves along these pipes to allow smooth attachment and detachment.
Guide support (upper fixing bracket): Fixes the upper end of the rails and ensures proper alignment of the pump during attachment and detachment.
Base (installation stand): Installed at the bottom of the pit, designed to automatically mate and seal with the pump discharge port.

Advantages of the auto-coupling device
• Simple operation: Connecting and disconnecting from the piping is completed simply by lifting or lowering the pump.
• Improved safety: Since no work is required inside the pit, the risk of accidents such as falls is reduced, and the workload on operators is minimized.
• More efficient inspection and maintenance: The pump can be removed from the piping just by lifting it, making maintenance and inspection tasks easier and faster.
How to install and use the auto-coupling device
For reference, we will explain using our auto-coupling device for high-temperature submersible pumps as an example.
Please follow the instruction manual provided by each manufacturer.

We offer an auto-coupling device
At Eichitwo Corporation, we also offer the auto-coupling device as an optional feature for high-temperature submersible pumps.
It is available in SUS316 specification.
As a manufacturer specializing in high-temperature submersible pumps, we can provide a wide range of optional features.
