Collecting and grinding foam floating in the drainage pit

We delivered a floating oil recovery skimmer to a manufacturing plant in Shiga Prefecture.

Exhaust pipe deposits flow into the cleaning pit, generating foam, which the skimmer collects and sludge it pulverizes.

The customer installed the piping themselves, and besides collection and pulverization, the skimmer also performs circulation stirring and drainage in the pit.

Since the customer wanted to “try it immediately,” we proposed a trial run with a demo unit and delivered it within a few days of order.

The customer was especially concerned about its grinding capability, but after testing the demo unit, they confirmed it met their requirements.
