Client: T Corporation, Kanto Region
Application: Chemical injection into the ground during sewer pipe construction
Model: ADD-15-AL
Making Small-Scale Sewer Projects Easier!
T Corporation in the Kanto region approached us seeking a simpler way to inject chemicals underground for groundwater blocking during sewer pipe construction.
The project required injecting two liquids: water glass and a hardener, in equal amounts directly into the ground. This called for corrosion resistance, pressure capability, and precise dosing control.
Smaller, Lighter, and Easier to Use!
Previously, the site relied on a large electric diaphragm pump weighing over 100 kg- making handling difficult, especially in compact work areas.
With Eichitwo (H2)’s air-driven diaphragm pump, they achieved the same performance at just 1/5 the weight and less than half the size. Powered by a compressor, our air-driven model also received high marks for improved workability and safety compared to the conventional system.
Accurate 1:1 Chemical Injection: No More Worries!
The concern over dosing accuracy was solved by adjusting the airflow at the pump’s air inlet, ensuring equal air supply to both pumps and maintaining perfect 1:1 mixing.
Cleaning the pump after use was also quick and easy, earning high praise across the board compared to the previous system.
If you’re facing challenges with fluid transfer or wondering, “Is this even possible?”, feel free to contact Eichitwo (H2). We’re here to help!
