> Self-Priming Chemical Pumps for High-Viscosity Fluids and Slurries
Air Diaphragm Pump
This air-driven diaphragm pump is capable of transferring chemical liquids, high-temperature fluids, and high-viscosity or slurry fluids. Its mechanical seal-free design ensures no risk of fluid leakage.

> ADD Series Air Diaphragm Pumps ー Key Features
This is a self-priming pump powered by air. It is widely chosen for its versatility, including use with corrosive liquids, as well as the capability to operate in dry running and blocked conditions.
It can handle viscosities up to 20,000 cP and transfer slurries with particles up to 6 mm in diameter. With SUS (stainless steel) construction, it supports temperatures up to 100°C. Being air-driven, it is suitable for use in explosion-proof environments.
The pump is available in materials including PP, SUS, and PVDF, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Is self-priming of high-temperature fluids possible?
-
It depends on the fluid’s boiling point. Please tell us the fluid type, temperature, and suction height.
- Is repair service available?
-
Yes, we offer repair services. Please send the unit to us, and we will provide a quotation.
- Are there any charges if I choose not to proceed with the repair?
-
No charges will apply. There are no disposal or inspection fees.
- Does the pump have consumable parts?
-
Diaphragms, packings, balls, and similar parts are considered consumables. These items are also available for individual purchase.
- Is there any pulsation or vibration?
-
Yes, since the diaphragm moves back and forth, pulsation and vibration occur. For applications sensitive to these, we recommend installing an optional pulsation dampener.
- Can it be used with a 100V compressor?
-
It can be used with models that have a 15A connection, but usage depends on your specific conditions. Please contact us for more details.
