Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Is self-priming possible with high-temperature fluids?
-
It depends on the fluid’s boiling point. Please provide fluid type, temperature, and suction height.
- Is repair service available?
-
Yes. Please send the unit to us, and we will provide a quotation.
- Are there any charges if I choose not to proceed with the repair?
-
No charges will be incurred if no repair is carried out. There will be no disposal or inspection fees either.
- Does the pump have consumable parts?
-
Diaphragms, packings, balls, and similar parts are considered consumables. These items are also available for individual purchase.
- Is there pulsation or vibration?
-
Yes, since the diaphragm moves back and forth, pulsation and vibration occur. For applications sensitive to these, we recommend installing an optional pulsation dampener.
- Can it be used with a 100V compressor?
-
Models with a 1.5S port size can be used; however, please contact us to confirm based on your specific conditions.
