Integrated system for pressurized feeding into bead mill

A major chemical and cosmetics manufacturer consulted us about transferring a highly viscous liquid (approx. 400,000 cP).

Details of the application included:

  • Mixing several raw materials in a tank located in an explosion-proof area
  • Pressurized transfer of the mixture to a bead mill
  • Requirements for cleanability, temperature control, and pressure monitoring

We selected the INPS-100 single screw pump for its excellent cleanability and ability to handle high-viscosity fluids under pressure.

At the customer’s request, we also designed and assembled a system that met all conditions, integrating the customer-supplied bead mill and delivered it as a complete unit.

In-house production of raw material agitator

Due to an extremely tight delivery schedule, existing agitator manufacturers could not meet the deadline, so we handled the manufacturing in-house.

At the customer’s request, a disk turbine impeller was used.
We calculated the optimal rotation speed, gear ratio, and torque, and applied an explosion-proof motor accordingly.

Since no other manufacturer could accept the project under such time constraints, the customer was very pleased when we delivered a system that met both the deadline and their specifications.
