A cosmetics manufacturing company contacted us regarding the transfer of thickened ester oils such as isooctyl myristate and silicone oils such as cyclopentasiloxane.
The required viscosity range was broad, approximately 100 to 50,000 cPs, with a maximum flow rate of around 5 L/min.
We proposed a custom version of the INP single screw pump to meet these conditions.
Cart-mounted configuration, with inverter also installed on the cart
The customer planned to use the pump at various sites and for different applications, so they requested a height-adjustable cart. We assembled the unit with an inverter mounted on the cart, allowing operators to adjust flow on-site.
To enable use in multiple locations, the inverter was set to 100V, and the unit was shipped with a power cable and plug.
This project began with a question “Can this type of fluid be transferred?” and ended with a solution that met all usage needs, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
