High-Pressure Transfer of 50,000 cP Paint at 2.0 MPa
A major housing manufacturer consulted us about transferring a high-viscosity paint containing decorative slurry at high pressure.
- Water-based paint with a viscosity of approx. 50,000 cP
- Required discharge pressure: 2.0 MPa
- Pulsation-free transfer preferred
Based on these conditions, we proposed the INPS model — a sanitary single screw pump.
The unit was delivered as a mobile (cart-mounted) version.
Mounted on a trolley for delivery
When we learned the customer planned to assemble the pump on a cart, we offered to do the cart assembly ourselves, which pleased them and led to the order.
The cart was manufactured based on the customer’s drawings and delivered as an all-stainless steel unit with a cover.
Despite a very tight delivery schedule, we met the deadline and the customer’s budget, achieving high satisfaction.
